The Landing Club Houses are some of our favorite clients! At the Marshwood club the floors needed out floor autoscrubbers, the baseboards needed a flooring machine called a Tomcat Nano with an added accessory that allowed it to operate on its side and be used for stair thresholds and baseboards. We also pressure washed the back decking, outdoor mop sink and parking lot. We also serviced all of the refrigerator coils and sucked out all drain pans on those units.
