We are the one stop shop for Post Construction Services. We have 2 multi-use company vehicles dedicated to Post Construction cleaning and a team of Post Construction cleaners who have been put through our training program. We do not use staffing agencies under any circumstances and feel very strongly that this sets us apart from our competition.
Our Post Construction Supervisors are 30 Hour OSHA safety certified and half of our Post Construction Staff have lift certifications.
While we provide quotes to meet the needs of each specific potential customer, our typical Post Construction service includes 3 phases of work: Initial rough cleaning, detailed final cleaning once all other trades are finished with their work, and a punch cleaning to ensure everything looks brand new at the end of each job. We also specialize in Window Cleaning, Stripping & Waxing floors, Pressure Washing, and Carpet Cleaning.
